After seven years with an Orange County business litigation firm, Mr. Hummel formed the Law Offices of Philip L. Hummel, IV, APC in 1994. He attended Michigan State University, then moved to Orange County and graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Finance. He received a Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law with Scholastic Merit in 1986. Mr. Hummel also has a strong track record of community involvement, including: Orange Rotary President for 2009 – 2010, Board Member (and past President) for the Orange Chamber of Commerce, the Orange Community Foundation, prior trustee for the Orange County Law Library, a guest lecturer, prior adjunct real estate and business law instructor, and is a member of the St. Joseph Hospital Leadership Council.
Donald S. Roberts
Senior Associate Attorney
Donald S. Roberts joined the firm in 1999 after spending twenty years in the computer industry. His educational background includes a degree in Business Administration/Management from California State Polytechnic University Pomona, an MBA from California State University Fullerton, and a Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law, Salutatorian. Mr. Roberts is the lead Associate for Estate Planning and Business Transactions in the firm. Also, he was the past President for the Christian Legal Society, is a recipient of the Boy Scout Silver Beaver Award, and holds various leadership positions with Orange County Boy Scouts.
